Welcome to Villa Fairuza, your home away from home in the picturesque setting of Çalıs. It can accommodate 6/8 people comfortably. Since we purchased the villa in 2019, we have refurbished each room has been refurbished and all of the furniture has been replaced to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for all our visitors.

Managed with Care
Prior to your arrival, the villa will be meticulously prepared for our guests and cared by the great team at Rainbows Property Management. Rainbows manage bookings, payments, transfer arrangements, if required and any special equipment requirements such as cots, etc. They will be on hand throughout your stay to deal with any concerns or issues you may have.
Facilities
3 Bedrooms – Two double rooms with king sized beds & one twin with single beds all on the first floor.
Extra sleeping accommodation for two people can be provided by utilising the comfortable convertible sofa bed in the Living Room on the Ground Floor
2 Bathrooms – Modern shower rooms situated on the ground floor & first floor
Kitchen – Modern fully fitted kitchen including kettle, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave & washing machine, as well as a full range of pots, pans, cutlery & glassware.
Living Room Area – Open Kitchen / Living Room with comfortable seating and a 50”television, complete with access to BBC IPlayer, Amazon Prime & Netflix (own account required for log on) & DVD player
Outdoor Area – Large veranda area with built in BBQ with ample room for seating 8 people.
Private unheated pool which is maintained daily. Sun loungers & umbrellas plus two cushioned Swing Chairs

• Bed linen & bath towels are provided – beach or pool towels are not.
• A cleaning & laundry service is provided before check in & after check out. For longer
stays additional services can be provided on request at an additional charge.

You can easily stop at any point of interest or simply enjoy the ride as you traverse the
region. The Turkish ‘yellow taxi” is easily accessible near the villa.
